Regulations of the CK CZARNY collectors shop selling own-label products

General provisions

 

  1. Regulamin Specifies the rules for online shop for collectors CK CZARNY acting at www.ckczarny.pl
  2. I am conducting the sale of the product brand new, free from physical defects and legal.
  3. The buyer is obliged to provide the contact telephone number at which it will be possible to confirm the order.
  4. Orders can be submitted electronically 24 hours a day throughout the year.
  5. Each order is confirmed by the company CK CZARNY.
  6. The trade is conducted only in Poland. Conditions of trade and shipments abroad are agreed individually with the Customer.
  7. I am announcing that, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance legislator gives exemption from the obligation to register at the cash register sales and deliveries in the system of shipping traders who sell only by mail order and payment is fully transferred to the bank account of the seller. Therefore does not issue tax receipts to retail customers because a proof of purchase and payment is listed on the account of the buyer and seller and is available for Offices of Fiscal Control. On demand, when shopping in retail and wholesale, I issue a sales document – proof of purchase.
  8. When you order non-standard uniqe model, a 50% prepayment on the bank account of CK CZARNY is required.
  9. The date of delivery of ordered goods takes from 48 hours into 30 days, unless during the order confirming other arrangements will take place between the seller and the Purchaser.
  • The date of delivery of ordered goods starts from the moment of posting the payment on the seller’s account or on the next working day and means that in the declared time, the goods will be sent to the Customer. The date of the dispatch is given on business days.
  1. Ordered goods are delivered to the customer by a representative of the Polish Post.
  • Date of delivering the parcel post by Polish Post is up to 5 business days.
  • Parcels are being delivered on weekdays.
  1. Complaints relating to mechanical damage must be reported shipment of Polish Post employee at the time of delivery. The condition for accepting this type of complaint is to send a damage protocol drawn up by an employee of the Polish Post. Check the shipment upon receipt is a prerequisite to take account of any customer claims for damage in transportation.
  2. In the case of defective goods, damaged made in factory or incompleted, I ensure the replacement with goods free from defects.
  3. Within 5 days of reciving the goods the Customer can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In that case, the trader will give back all payments received from the Purchaser;
  4. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning goods;
  • For a reduction in the value of things resulting from the use of it in a different way than it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.                                                                                          To withdraw from the contract, must submit appropriate statement, please e-mail: sklep@ckczarny.pl
